When you access our website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is required to deliver the site and to ensure stability and security.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Log data is deleted or anonymised after seven days at the latest.
If you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, optionally company and phone number, topic and your message) solely to handle your enquiry. The form is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) to our e-mail address; no data is stored in a database.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent) or Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract. We store the data until your enquiry has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Spam protection: the form uses a hidden honeypot field and a simple arithmetic challenge (captcha). These work without cookies and without third parties; no additional personal data is collected.
We do not use cookies, any web analytics tool or services that transfer data to third parties. Fonts (Poppins, Open Sans) and JavaScript are served locally from our server. A consent banner is therefore not required.
Your data is not passed on to third parties, except for the hosting and e-mail provider required for delivery, who acts on our behalf within the EU. No transfer to third countries takes place.
You have the right at any time to information (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future.
